This is why we are expanding our Platform Department Team and now looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

Responsibilities

Produce User Manuals, How-to documents, Architecture diagrams, Integration API documents, Training documents, and other supporting documents
Create content for experienced technical users along with documentation for end-users

Collaborate with software developers, product managers, architects, quality engineers, and technical support engineers to develop and review information
Determine end-users needs for technical documentation

Requirements

3+ years of technical writing experience gained in a software development company
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field such as electronics and computer technology or an emphasis on English, writing, or communications
Ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts and to translate these concepts clearly and concisely even to users who have nontechnical backgrounds

Familiarity with the SDLC and software development
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Able to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Detail oriented and precise in creating documentation
